Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome

A neurological condition where patients heart rate rises over 30 bpm upon standing. This causes symptoms such as: dizziness, fainting, headaches, nausea, and fatigue. There is no known cure for POTS, but there are treatments available to help with symptoms.

I created this blog as a resource for those that have POTS, as well as to share my story and experiences with it.
